Mr. Solomon brings a wealth of experience and a heart for service to our Trojan family. He retired as a Master Gunnery Sergeant after 26 years of distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps, demonstrating exceptional leadership, dedication, and commitment to others.
In addition to his military service, Mr. Solomon has served as a PBIS Coach, where he gained valuable experience observing classrooms, providing meaningful feedback, and supporting teachers, students, and families. He is a transformational leader who leads with integrity and purpose, allowing his values as a servant leader to guide his work and interactions with others.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Solomon is a devoted family man who values the importance of family and service. He is blessed with a wonderful wife and is the proud father of five children, bringing a deep appreciation for the partnerships that support student success.
