EOC Exams

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the End-of-Course Assessments this week, I want to emphasize the crucial role attendance plays in your child's success during this testing period.

On December 7, 8, 11, 12, & 13 our students will be engaging in assessments for American Literature, Algebra I, Biology, and U.S. History that not only measure their academic progress but also contribute to their overall growth and development.

Attending these assessments is a vital part of the learning process, allowing our educators to accurately evaluate each student's understanding of the material and tailor their instruction accordingly. Your child's presence during the End-of-Course Assessments is instrumental in ensuring a fair and comprehensive evaluation of their knowledge and skills. Absences may not only impact their individual performance but also affect the overall dynamics of the classroom and the effectiveness of the assessment process.

Please take a moment to review the testing schedule and make the necessary arrangements to ensure your child's attendance on each testing day. Your partnership in this matter is invaluable, and together, we can provide the optimal conditions for your child's success.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and if you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out. Let's work together to make the End-of-Course Assessments a positive and enriching experience for our students.

Best regards and Go Trojans,

Mr. Jake Harris
