The Lamar County Schools Board of Education and Administration are pleased to announce a series of

community budget meetings to discuss the proposed tentative fiscal year 2026-2027 budget.

Meeting Schedule: The district will host 3 sessions to accommodate different schedules:

• Session 1: May 26, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.

• Session 2: June 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

• Session 3: June 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

All Meetings will be held at the Lamar County Schools Board Room located at 100 Victory Lane,

Barnesville, Georgia 30204
